PLEASE NOTE!
Important message to our guests
Thank you to everyone who has contacted us about suspicious WhatsApp messages. We understand how worrying it can be to receive a message that appears to come from your hotel and includes details of your booking. We are taking this matter very seriously.
We have been informed that our partner Loyco, which forwards bookings to our hotels, has experienced a security breach. Loyco says it has identified and fixed the vulnerability, warned guests with upcoming reservations, and begun investigating what information and which guests may be affected. Loyco is also in contact with the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM). We are following the investigation closely and will share further information as soon as we have confirmed details.
If you receive a suspicious message:
1. Do not click any links or reply to the message.
2. Do not share passwords, codes or payment card details.
3. If you have already shared information, change your password and contact your bank.
4. If you are unsure or would like to tell us about a message you received, contact your hotel using its official contact details.
We are sorry for the concern this has caused. Thank you for reporting suspicious messages and helping us protect our guests.
